It does look like I slacked off on that one, and didn't write anything. I'm particularly surprised that I posted nothing about our tortuous flights home.
We stayed three nights at the Rio (Caesars paid for our flight from Buffalo to Vegas, so a stay at a Caesars property was mandatory), then five nights at the Four Queens, followed by 12 nights in a timeshare (Grandview). While at the Grandview, we played at South Point and the M.
While at the Rio, we walked over to the Gold Coast and played some multiline 25c bonus poker, and then, to our disgust, found that Boyd Gaming was the only casino chain that made no COVID concession at all by extending tier status, as all others did.
Overall, I lost about $1135 at the machines on the trip, despite hitting two 25c royals. That was offset a bit by a little over $200 in cash back from the M, four Queens, and South Point.
The trip back to Buffalo on Southwest Airlines was supposed to be Vegas - Chicago - Buffalo. When we checked in online, we found that, instead, we would be going to Milwaukee, then Baltimore, and on to Buffalo. This was due to forecast nasty weather in Chicago.
While waiting for our flight in Milwaukee, we were advised that the Baltimore to Buffalo flight had been cancelled, again due to bad weather.
We managed, with some difficulty, to arrange our rearrange our schedule so that we flew to Baltimore, visited our daughter and family in Odenton Md for two nights, and then flew back to Buffalo, arriving there some 36 hours later than originally scheduled, where, thankfully, our luggage was waiting for us.
