Random error disrupts game

Sometimes often, sometimes not, an error message pops up right as the video poker hand is dealt. It doesn’t linger long enough for me to get a screen shot, or even to remember what it says. It simply flashes “error…” and the top menu bar expands slightly, and then it is immediately to the blue screen with the red button telling me how many deals left in the contest.

Will you please reset the ad server? This has helped with game-interrupting in the past. I am playing on ipad mini 5 with updated ios.

I thought maybe you reset the server, as play was smoother for a week or so, but the error has returned.

The error message that pops up right as deal appears says “this page was reloaded because a problem occurred”
