One crazy thing though. I know case had a typo, but it is amazing what animals one does see where they are not supposed to be. We aren’t supposed to have Mountain Lions up here yet I saw one and it was no Bobcat. People let pets go too ( idiots ) Gators found in some of our ponds, of course now snakes we never had before. Nothing like the problem in Florida though. I’m glad I named this thread Bizarro World. Obviously, it relates to other Bizarro things other than VP. Mostly of my starting. Guilty as charged! 😂.

Thanks as always Bill. One thing I like about this site is I don’t even have to turn on the history channel. For instance, here’s a tidbit for the younger crowd and our generation who may have forgotten. Yesterday, 10/14, but in 1912, President Teddy Roosevelt was shot in the chest while campaigning in Milwaukee. He went on to deliver a 90 minute speech and carried the bullet in his chest the rest of his life. He was saved by his steel eyeglass case and his 50 page thick campaign speech. Of course, this has nothing to do with VP, I just want to repeat what I said the other day to be careful out there driving to our favorite VP casinos and even inside the casino. I have noticed a dramatic increase in lunatics on the road and as I’m sure everyone has violent criminals on the news. 🙏 for all on this site to stay safe.

Nice post Olds. Teddy Roosevelt was tough. Lost the 2012 election to Woodrow Wilson. Regarding driving, thankfully my favorite casino is a 6-minute drive from my garage to the parking lot. Usually no traffic. Nevertheless, one always needs to be vigilant.

Playing a bit of catch up on our trips. Wednesday night was a non event for me meaning I lost. The Mrs had some nice hits, but a very long session to make 35 bucks in gas money. Pics attached.

I went back up Thursday evening and played dollar DDB which I never do. I guess it was the Mrs track record compared to mine that convinced me to give it a try. On my 800 for one machine, I could only get 9/5 not 9/6. I came very close to getting a dealt Royal ( pic ) Hit 4 Aces once, but overall was on the ropes and near the end of my rope as well when the hand pay came in. ( bet was way too high ) but that’s where the Clone took me. I ended up even after 7 percent for the stupid State withholding. ( my choice ) to avoid a big estimated tax penalty. I didn’t play Ultimate X which the Mrs prefers. I don’t think my bankroll would have held up unless I had other high multiplier hits along the way. On the way home, today I just missed hitting a coyote wolf hybrid on 95 in Old Saybrook. Literally by an inch or two. Ran right across the front of my car from the woods. Something told me to slow down from 70 to 55 and I did. Seconds later…..there he was. Big too!! 😬. Dark but not pitch black out yet!!

Clawed a little back.

Seeing those dealt straight flushes, I know a bird in the hand and all but the temptation to me to go for the royal would be too hard to me to pass up.
