It's not available to basic members at this time, just Gold members and Pro training.

I am trying the free trail pro trainer for 500 hands , I assume that doesn't matter either.

A new test your skills feature should be up by the end of April.

Being Gold or Pro was never a requirement for this, it will be available to everyone.
