I spend money on recreational activities. Travel, concerts, video poker. Money is a tool to use. If I go on a $2,000 cruise, are you going call me a loser? Monetarily, I may not be ahead in the long run. But I have really enjoyed my years playing VP. You can't measure that in monetary terms alone. I am sure others here feel the same way.
