This move seems too far, too fast without any apparent fundamental reason.

Possible, but all the competitors are up also, and I presume BGS moves harder (in both directions) because it's relatively tiny. Market cap is 0.4B, compared to 9B CAG, 10B CPB, 28B GIS, and 199B PEP.

EWJ is +5%. My FUJHY Subaru is +15%.

Then came a European deal headline. Gold and silver insta-crashed 1% each.

I squeaked into another ATH. The gold miners wounded me, but I had a bunch of oil & gas stocks in the +4-5% range, among other gainers.

My BGS ship has sailed. Wednesday high was indicated at 4.81, so I missed my fill by 1 to 2 hundredths.
