Re: Off to Nevada
The Mrs and I are heading to Mohegan Sun/Bizarro later early evening. I will probably be playing regular or Bonus Deuces Wild. The Mrs Nickel DDB Ult X. Hope to have some encouraging pics to send your way. Enjoy. Stay safe. The roads are full of lunatics and I’m not a pokey driver either. Dangerous maneuvers, tailgating, on and on. You name it they are out there doing it.

1 of the reasons i stopped going to atlantic city was the idiots on the parkway blowing by me at 80+ mph.what is so important that you need to put everyone's life at risk?

So far, our results at Four Queens have been quite OK.
We did not play Sunday, the day we arrived after the long drive from Reno. Yesterday, after a brief session on 25c single line bonus poker, we got onto the 5c 50 line machines and played deuces wild bonus. It was a nice positive session, my wife finishing up $800, while I was close behind at plus $700. When we went back and played some more later, we each dropped $200, so, overall ,it was a plus $1100 day.
This morning, again on the 50 line machines, we were about even. I was up $200, and she was down about that same amount.

Due to lunch at the Whiskey Licker Up saloon in Binions, and a visit to the Chicago Brew Pub at Four Queens, I would get a D minus for my record keeping for the balance of Tuesday's play. I think I finished the day about even for the day, while my wife was down around $200.
We moved to the Rampart on Wednesday, but didn't play at all. I did cash in my points at Four Queens for $490.

Day one at Rampart was not good, as we experienced a double minus.
We played 10c 10 line, bonus poker for me, and, no surprise, super aces for her.
In the morning, I did hit a royal, and was up about $150 for the session. She did not hit much at all, and was down $1000.
I dropped $600 in the afternoon, and she was well on her way to a big loss when, amazingly and almost unbelievably, she was dealt the four aces again, for a $2000 jackpot. Thanks to that, she managed to finish the afternoon at plus $800.
A very surprising aspect of that $2000 win is that, while they did deliver a 1042-S tax form, they did not withhold 30% of the amount, which I believe they are supposed to do. We were quite happy to have that $600 now, rather than, perhaps a year from now, so said nothing.
