Super Bowl weekend. Mohegan Sun got a punch line mention and photo on last night's Real Time with Bill Maher. Warning: May be PTSD for you, as MS has punched you into exorbitant losses. He also lambasted my neck of the woods: "Atlantic City, Vegas with seagulls."

No Bizarro for the near future. Babysitting pipes and electrical. It’s 2 degrees out now wind gusts up to 50 MPH. Saved a bundle the last few weeks weather related. I am looking forward though to the Celebrity Dinner for Cancer research. Their 38 year the Foundation. Weather permitting. Invite for the Mrs and I. Joe Girardi and David Cone among many others will be there. Nice event for Charity

Same. The conditions are terrifying. I already coughed up $30 for a Super Bowl party, but I'd rather protect the roof over my head and will leave at the last possible moment. Maybe I will leave a faucet dripping to ensure water flow.

Is this the first winter you've ever experienced in your part of the country?

Just wondering.

Wondering also Ted. Not much challenge at those numbers
A few years ago, at my hunting camp in northern Michigan, saw 28 below. Both oil burners quit from sluggish oil flow.
Now that was a challenge.
