First hit post reply, then below the word preview hit attachments, below that hit add files. On an iPhone, the photo library will come up, select the picture you want, it will show a checkmark on the photo, then hit add in the upper right of the screen. This is just an example. My brother in law is an artist. Then you can preview it if you like or hit place in line and hit submit
