Borgata/Harrahs

Sorry for no updates lately, did a bad dance on the ice that didn’t end well.😂 Last 3 trips to Borgata ended with more Royals than 4oak. 2 Royals on the same day 3 trips ago ( posted about them)1 4oak. The lack of 4oak has made the move to Harrahs’s easier. The consensus between lots of regulars is that they are few and far between. Zero for 21 chances and zero for 19 chances last trips. With the removal of some more VP machines and the down grading of the games at the B Bar made the move easier.
Harrahs’s is a virtual ghost town during the week. Great rooms always available, plenty of VP options, the only downside is the food options. M & S is still the best option. Last week was great, hits came at Harrahs’s equivalent of the B Bar.

I think I'll head to the Borgata- the abundance of Royals will make the move easier!
Seriously, I've been telling everyone for years Harrah's has the best VP, but no one wants to leave Borgata- Amphora! Amphora! Amphora! Yes there aren't as many food options, but who has time to eat when you're winning? And food tastes better when it's on the house.

The chase to get to 75,000 tier credits didn’t warrant $$$ just to get into Amphora. Borgata is now doing something with gifted RCs that must be used right away, not actually sure cause I have been out of the loop.

Sounds like a ringing endorsement to plant my butt there. It's an entertaining vibe. Getting a machine looked like hell on a Saturday. But the real hell is losing it all at the gd Cove. I don't need that in 2026. Experience is the best teacher.

This is what's going on with RCs at Borgata: Must use RCs the day they are given.
OK, so there's much hoopla over the new Food & Beverage comps- so for all the people asking why we're upset....
MGM- "we're just trying to get people to enjoy a restaurant experience"...ok. so make the comps available all month
MGM- "we just don't want people swiping for RCs in Borgata and using them in Vegas"-....ok, so make the RCs NJ specific.
MGM- " we are trying to cut down on the traffic at Amphora from people that just come swipe their RCs but don't play"...ok, then make them unusable for the lounge, not everywhere else.
MGM- "we're just trying this out"- ok, then why not send a letter to everyone explaining what you're doing so people aren't on here trying to figure out what's happening.?

Sorry for your trouble. Life's a Borg and then you die. I would like some Harrah's specific advice and counsel. How hard would it be to secure an actual machine on a Saturday? It looked pretty full the one time I dropped by.I can get there before noon if necessary.
