Four Winds New Buf - 2/21/26 Mega Magic Deal Mania

First, I want to apologize to FAA as my intention is not to steal any of his deserved thunder, but this trip just worked out that way. Decided to take a drive over to Four Winds, New Buffalo, MI, to try and get the low down on whether or not their machines were on the up and up. I have no new information on that topic to pass on to tech.

I got there and settled in front of my favorite Dream Card machine. Loaded it with 1k along with $175.00 free play and set out. Within a few minutes I was dealt quad queens for a nice $625.00.

A few minutes later, still playing Dream card, I was dealt quad 7's for another $625.00.

A little bit later, I was dealt quad queens again. I was beginning to think that this was going to be a good session. I pressed draw, thinking I was going to see 10 hands of 250 credits each, nope. I was staring at 130 credits won. I looked and I realized that I FAILED to hold 1 of the queens. I was so mad at myself.

I was dealt trip aces 3 times in a row on the Dream Card machine and didn't catch the 4th ace any of those times. The machine started eating my credits so I bailed and went to a Double Super Times Pay machine. Seeded it with 1k and nothing. N-O-T-H-I-N-G! Not a single 4ofak at all! That 1k vaporized. I couldn't go out this way, went to an ATM and got another 1k and went to a different Double Super Times Pay machine. That 1k went down to $300.00 in about 45 minutes. Feeling like a turd, I took my remaining $300.00 and went to a Magic Deal machine and began playing .10 denomination. A few minutes in, I hit

That $1,040.00.00 gave me some more green to play with. After a little while, still at .10 denomination, I hit

Feeling reinvigorated, I then decided to up my denomination to .25. A good decision, as

The machine started to take a bit back and I was getting bored. I went to a Buffalo slot and dropped $500.00 in 5 minutes, I then thought that I would give the Magic Deal machine 1 more try as I thought it had something left in it. Well, it did. On the 6th hand in, I saw

I waited to get paid, it took a while because of the amount. Once I got paid, I made the TRIUMPHANT drive home, pockets full of cabbage.

I can report that Four Winds is only issuing W2-G for $2,000.00 and over. My first hit, they just came, cleared the machine, and paid me by hand.

Funny Ted. At least 3 of us and hopefully more have hit really good in the last few days. My guess is we all 3 have an hour to hour and a half ride to our usual casinos.
