And yet it happened to me 3 times for each.

I doubt a session such as I recently experienced can be reproduced. The next time I'm planning on being in a casino is at the end of March for a Caesars 10x Tier Credit Multiplier event.

Check their website, did you sign up? It looks as if it may be nationwide because I've gotten flyers from Harrah's Joliet, Las Vegas, and Biloxi so far.

The small print says the max credits that can be multiplies is 4,000. They say 4,000 earned gets you an additional 36,000 for a total of 40,000.

I'm never on their website. It's an afterthought given my sessions there. As for flyers, I haven't ever gotten any from CET.
