Oyster Stew

Now I’m hungry and it’s well after midnight. One thing we did have at Bizarro the other night that was delicious was a shrimp and corn chowder. The base was very similar to Lobster Bisque. I’m going to run up there early tomorrow because it’s triple status points all day till midnight. The Mrs just needs 100 more of them to move up a notch so I will play with her card. Hope they still have the Chowder. I like the idea too of trying the Stew and just warming the Oysters. I’ll be dragging out the double boiler soon. Tabasco will go in mine too. Probably do 50/50 milk and cream.
