Just in case…Case….so far extremely happy with both of these. One 16% div, one near 10. Also have both of these.
Also have these. About 13 percent and 9.
And AWF. Owned 25 plus years. 7-8 percent. I also trade it on peaks and rebuy on dips. Pics are in reverse order.

Uh O! Nasdaq in correction territory. Took one nibble on Berkshire today. That’s it.
