Did he slander me again? Ay shucks.
I think we have him so rattled and worried that he is grabbing for a life saver to pull his credibility out of the sewer.
Wonder where he got the nickels? hehe.
Collecting pop can I hear.

Summary: "I played a bunch of nickel games to see patterns and there WERE patterns, booga booga!"

I haven't read that one yet.  In another e-letter about 4 months ago he said that different denoms have different patterns, so I don't know what use that information would be to anyone other than nickel players, even if it were true.

Let me guess - he's doing pattern research on nickel VP to minimize losses during this time of tampered RNGs.  What he learns on this cheap play will be used on his normal high denom play once things pick up in the economy enough that the casinos un-tamper the RNGs.  Did I get it right?

He already sent out another email to respond to questions. It once again said nothing of any value. He posted the stats of his little nickle experiment.

26,000 hands dealt. 3316 changes at holding 4 for a straigh, flush, house. 5th card flipped the same value 1925 times.  He says.  Wish I was at a casino so I could try myself because it's obviously utter hogwash. I almost never turn the same value card on a 4-hold.

He's never struck me as a particularly good record-keeper for even basic information ($'s won/lost, hands played), and I just can't see him sitting there with pen and paper taking notes on something like that.  No way, Jose, just TOO far out there for me to believe.  This "experiment" came out of a bottle, I'd wager.

I would bet actual money to see him try to duplicate this with witnesses. Actual sample size of 1,000 draws holding 4 to a straight/flush/house. If it's more than even 40%, Fa La La La La.... La la la la wins. I bet I could find someone willing to put up a lot of cash as well.

I'd even drop it to a 25% requirement, which is less than half of what he claims, if he would put up 2 to 1. No smart person would turn that down if they were realyl as confident as Fa La La La La.... La la la la claims.

No, he's completely full of it here and making things up, sorry.

He told me he does not play for straights, flushes, or straight flushes but for quads. So what is he testing for? Attention and to scam trainees.

He is just trying to "prove" that the machines don't behave as the "math geeks" say they do (randomly). Of course, he would never do this in a session with me or you watching.

I just read both e-letters, and RS mentioned something that had to do with the regulatory issues that we went back and forth on a few weeks ago.

In his correspondence with the NGC about RNG tampering, the NGC representative wouldn't give him any details other than to say that some information given to them by manufacturers is confidential/proprietary.  He takes that as proof that something is indeed going on with RNGs.

In fact, he would have gotten the same response last year, and if he asks next year he'll get the same response again.  Wouldn't be much of a point for manufacturers to turn over confidential/proprietary information and then have the NGC release it to the public.  Nothing special about the NGC 's response at all, ask any regulatory agency for details on anything provided to them on a confidential/proprietary basis and they'll give you the same response the NGC gave RS.

***********
Here's one for scorpio - ask RS what additional information he thinks he would have gotten last year, the year before, or next year.
***********

A regulatory agency like the NGC has the right to expect businesses to prove that they will operate (or are operating) in a legal manner; businesses have the right to expect agencies like the NGC to protect the information turned over to them.  In the case of game software, making it public would give competitors an unfair advantage as they'd be able to save on software development.  Hence the confidential/proprietary classification.

CD I hope you finally get a mention in a video. You certainly have trashed his methods and more or less called him a liar. Good job. See you in the movies.
Eduardo kudos to you too.
