I paid online for videopoker.com abt 3 yrs ago, got a new computer abt 9/09 and have not been able to retrieve my 'gold membership since.
Likely that I paid either $25. or $40. with an AmEx card.  I'm a member now; but don't feel I am still entitled to be  VIP still.cyberqueen47

It looks like your subscription ran out quite some time ago and is no longer being billed. If you signed up using another email address, then let me know and I can check for another account, but it looks like you probably need to upgrade again.
