Since I took some bucks from Harrahs Cherokee playing $5 slots , I get an offer every other week for free flights and lodging to any of Harrahs properties. It was the first time I have played at a Harrahs Casino in more then 8 years. So, I wouldn't be anywhere Diamond or 7 Star

I have been a 7Star for a few years, and get offers to Harrahs/Caesars properties that I have never even visited (ie Kansas City). Laughlin too far from FLA. If I am going that far, I will go to Vegas, or Tahoe in the summer.
 
I do regularly take the comp jet service to Biloxi, MS from the Beau Rivage, an MGM property. It is set up very nice - no hassles. It's a REAL 737, from a REAL airline (Vision Air), which the casino buys sets on particular flights each week for it's players.

Those Lock & Roll machines can be beat.Knowing odds of occurance (although not as difficult as VP strategy) is required. The only thing to watch out for is if the 2nd spin has occurred and your not paying attention and try to lock a symbol you will oft find you just bet 12 $5 coins. (ouch)  At that point prayer becomes important...

I know what you mean, Faygo. I was playing a 50-play $0.50 machine once, since the paytable for TDB was better than the 3-5-10 way machines. Was playing 5 lines. Then, I accidentally hit the Max Bet button . $125 bet.. 
Fate was shining on me, though. It dealt me a flush.

OUCH faygo, that is one hurtful story! We have all probably been on the wrong denom/machine at one time or another! Sat, I meant to start at .25 play on a low bankroll and work my way up in denom when something hit.  I was dealt aces at MGM Detroit TDB, single line. A kicker hit on the draw for $2K. Then I realized I was playing .50. For once, my error was in my favor.

Way to go MM, nice hit.  I am a bottom level player and in the last 6 months have been receiving free flight, hotel stays and food comps for Tunica.  Can't ever go, but still they send the offer.

mind if i ask if you're diamond or 7 stars?i have friends that are diamond like i am and get offered these trips and i get nothing.

Get the reservation number from your friends and call the airline representative and inquire about the flights. They will probably give you the name and number of the casino representative who is their contact. We used this method and a casino rep checked our play and we now have flights offered direct Texas to Beau Rivage.
