free shuttles in vegas?

Leaving for LV tomorrow.. Sunday 6/17 ! I know some of the  shuttles and free transportation around the strip. Just wondered if any one knew of free shuttles running to any of the off strip casinos (Orleans, Palms) and if you ever used them not as a guest of that hotel? Not interested in renting a car for any travel and wife has a bum ankle this trip to deal with, so no hiking too far.
