My gold status is gone and all my stats.
Got on today and my user name is not correct, I'm Kjohn not kjmema and I'm no longer gold, but basic...All stats are gone... what is going on...It's like I've vanished!!!

Log out in the top right, then log in again. If that doesn't fix it, email forum@videopoker.com and let me know what email address you are logging in with.It looks like you have more than one account (perhaps by accident) and the other one is the Gold one.
