I was luck struct in tahoe

Post by riverman0007 »

The Lakeside Casino located on Lake Tahoe has a progressive jackpot capped at $10,000 which can randomly hit any machine at the casino. The only talent needed is for you to sit at a machine and insert money until your machine is selected for the jackpot. I have used this talent many times unsuccessfully until one day. I sat down at a 20 card keno machine and inserted my yenom (money spelled backward) and was now posed for the jackpot. After playing less than several minutes, I heard a loud bell going off in the casino meaning someone had hit the jackpot. The thrill of victory replacing many past agonies of defeats did not set in until my wife and several other losers informed me my machine was the winner. Of course, I lied and said I knew i was a winner. I was paid over $9900 and left the casino shortly after investing a couple more dollars in the machine and no I did not hit the jackpot again. As always, when hitting a jackpot, I gave a tip-money not advise- to the friendly workers at Lakeside Casino.

Congratulations! Great story. I would have levitated out of the casino and into the nearest lake without further play. It keeps the palate sweet with that last jackpot note.

Nice, you hit Lakeside Lightning!
I got lucky there a few years ago..playing craps with 10x odds and tipped the dealers HUGE..got a host to give me a comped weekend over July 4th, so I got to see the fireworks right from my 2nd floor balcony.
I just wished they had at least DECENT video poker (98%-99%)

Actually, his name was Art Howard and he was quite friendly (I guess because no one ever tips the crap dealers there??)
