Group Challenges

Is anyone else having trouble playing personal or group challenges? I cannot get the game to load. After following the suggestions from support without success, I downloaded three different browsers in addition to the two I was using, but not one of the five will load the games. Has anyone had similar problems and found a solution?

Did you get this resolved Snakeskin Al? I am having same issue and have cleared cache, etc. Downloaded new browsers as well.

I am trying a personal challenge on ultimaate x poker

I started with Ultimate X poker with no luck, just a blue screen saying preparing game. I have tried other games and same thing. I followed the instructions for clearing cache, updated flashplayer and have tried different browsers all with same result.

Don't know what you did, but it worked. Even fixed my issue with game freezing when I wasn't trying challenges. Thanks!!
