I was wondering if someone gets a complete redraw royal flush will it say held under each card like a dealt royal.

No it will not, since it was drawn and there is no option to hold the cards.

I threw all my cards away once playing deuces wild and was dealt a natural Royal on the redraw. Kind of freaked me out.
