Love me a nice grill cheese sandwich, but if it doesn't have two slices of bread, you are missing half the goodness. I'll overlook the whole tomato thing.

plenty of butter on the pan very slightly well done to a nice golden brown !! I usually have 2 of them hence the overweight problem !!

almost as good as a 1000 royal but still cant match a 4000 dollar royal !
