Thank you. Tun Tavern Brewery is named after TT, founded in 1686 in Philadelphia and an Army recruitment site. I’d be better off doing business at local establishments than cruising for a bruising at the casino. That growler would have been a nice buy.

As well it should be. I think there is one occasion where a flag is able to be above the U.S. flag, but I cannot remember the circumstances. Maybe something to do with a certain burial at sea or something like that...

In the United States: no other flag is allowed to be above the American flag.

You guys made me look it up, which revealed some interesting history. It seems TripleTriple was on the right track.

According to U.S.C. approved by Congress on 2 June 1942 the United States flag flies above any other flag or pennant “except during church services conducted by naval chaplains at sea, when the church pennant may be flown above the flag during church services for the personnel of the Navy.”

Technically, it's a pennant, not another flag. But still interesting.
