Why doesn't this game have a turbo button like regular 100 hand? I will not play this game in the current format.

If you touch the wheel (or hit carriage return) multiple times, it speeds up the spin and the results. It still takes a little while for the game to set up the wheel, including telling you what the multiplier for that spin is.
