Speed of play?

I am not a slow VP player.
I am not a fast VP player.
I am a half-fast VP player.

I have been to numerous casinos and have never seen an auto-hold on a machine I played. Regarding free play, thus far no problem using it on VP at my local casino.

I think you'd have to play online to see it regularly.

I've heard of it at some tribals and on cruise ships. In Nevada, we have U1 machines that are optional:

The "Pro-Hold" games have tighter pay schedules than the "Traditional Poker."

Barona in Southern California is one casino which is known to have autohold on most of their machines.

I like to throw a little variance in my games somewhat out the optimal play and sometimes I make mistakes in "woops" moments especially if I been playing a long time and my brain is getting kinda tired. Taking the control away with autohold would be no fun with me and personally I've never even played on one with it. I play very fast though with the max deal speed and stick to older machines because I don't trust the newer machines. Largely just because I like the rush of it. I've played slower before but I haven't noticed any better luck going faster or slower. Slower is just more boring.
