Back from the trip. Unfortunately no pics or good playing news to report. Lots of sick people up there that should have been home. Flu is rampant this year. New Strain. I try and stay away from as many people as possible to hopefully avoid catching it.

Quick note on gambling for 2026. Since the House Rules committee blocked the Fair Bet Act from moving forward, the only way I know to offset the Federal and State tax increases on gambling income for 2026 is to not play at all or reduce Gross Gambling income by betting less for 2026. We plan to do the latter. Ultimately, it will result in a reduction in comps, but so be it! . We will make sure to take care of the various charities anyway, from the money we will save by gambling smaller.
