Oh my Nancy, I hope you don't take me seriously! I remember a night on the way to my home town in Arkansas. We stopped at a hotel next to a casino in Roland, Ok. VP sucked in that casino just as it does in every Oklahoma casino I've visited. But for lack of anything better to do (certainly won't play blackjack there because of the Ante) I had been playing Quarter short pay DDB for 1-credit a spin. After losing close to $100 at that $.25 per hand game, I got, shall we say, "miffed!" With it being time to grab some sleep before hitting the highway for the rest of the trip home, I plugged the machine with a $20 bill and had 80 credits which I played off at max (5-credits). I hit two quads, one an 800 credit win the other a 250 credit quad. That pretty much doubled what I'd lost at the single credit level. And, during that single level play, I got VERY few quads...certainly not enough to keep me from plugging $5 bills into the machine for hours!
Nothing about that convinced me that I should have been playing max credits for the entire night! I felt lucky as hell and was tickled pink to get out of there just even, let alone ahead!

I'm seldom serious. Seriously Mike, some of us know that!
