faygo-that is THE WORST! Especially when you havent gotten a royal on DDB in months and there it is in AC JW!

Look on the bright side - think of all the 5trees you hit between natural royals that you wouldn't have hit on DDB. The occasional natural royal is something you have to accept.
I think you should have saved that one for the contest, though. Preferably with a multiplier.

I didn't see ANYTHING close to that out in Vegas last week. Heck, they could hear me all over the casino when I got a 3-Tree! To be fair though, I didn't give it a lot of chance to hit. Hard to play with enthusiasm on bad pay tables. Much more fun to lose at blackjack on a table with good rules

Much more fun to lose at blackjack on a table with good rules MikeA, so wrong are ye. MUCH more fun to not lose at all. Second to that would be to lose and go see a comped show or comped dinner. Poor paytables are everywhere and it's up to some of us to seek out the positive return ones. It's kind of entertaining to watch someone play a good game poorly. One can play a game with poor paytables perfectly and come out somewhat ahead but the player with little skills or none at all is the one the casinos are looking for to play the 6/5DDB and the 7/5 JoB.
