TY.  Big Elvis is alive and well at Bill's Gambling Hall and Saloon. 'Corner location between Flamingo and Bally's. He performs free at 3, 5 and 6:30 PM, M-F for almost an hour, unless that performance time is now 3-4:00. The lounge is in the back corner closest to Flamingo. Pete Vallee has lost 530 lbs in three years and plans to lose 145 more. This has not affected his marvelous Elvis-like voice. He has been performing there for six or eight years. Unless you arrive early, it's standing room only!

Much better, Marie.  I have to admit I rarely read your posts previously.

Ah marie , I have always read your posts. Sometimes I don't understand them, though.

Gosh I hate to do this, I see the Lions are having a perfect season. Even NC beat them.

Ok everybody, back to Vegas . Sorry.

That Faygo, what a heart of gold! You deserve a Krispy Kreme for that.

It is just the same ole same ole. One lie after another. he never mentions his bankrutcy or his addiction to alchol and gambling. He is just drumming of business for his training sessions.

Although I didn't encounter the ghost town Marie did, I was visiting during G2E after all. I stayed/played Fiesta East and found it quite busy except the wee hours of the day when MOST casinos are vacant. Gas in North LV was at 1.99/gallon. Stopped in Barstow,Ca on return trip and gas was $1.93/gallon. Ca cheaper than Nv? whats going on here? I reckon a bigger crowd will visit LV this Thanksgiving.

We filled up at Terrible's just north of Main and Fremont for around $1.84 I think it was a week ago. But we noticed it varied tremendously in price around Vegas.
