they count on the weak playing tourists. las vegas should get back to what made the sucessful cheap food,rooms and shows instead of trying to squeeze every dollar out of visitors a couple can go to hawaii for less

Everything went well.  No problems checking in or out.  Used the freecredit.  And yes, you end up spending your cash....  I didn't win while at Encore.  I think I mentioned the Encore's casino is smaller - or at least seems smaller.  The Wynn is still my favorite.  I also stayed at the Bellagio that weekend for a slot tournament.  That was nice.  Slot tournament included open bar and lunch buffet each day.  Yippee.  The Mirage tournaments I had been to had wine and beer only, and snacks.  The room was nice at the Bellagio - almost same tub as Encore.  I started winning on my last day.  Could have kicked myself for not betting max on a $5 vp machine.  I "would have" gotten $22,000+ had I pushed the max bet, but was too chicken to bet $25 at a time.  I know next time.  I still brought home more money than I left with.  I like the rooms at the Venetian also, but don't like their attitude.  Have stayed a few times.  Also have problems with confirmed rates until I ask to speak to manager - fixed each time.  I thought the rooms at Red Rock were in line with the Wynn.
