I'm not ripping them at all ya know I tell people all the time if ya got a question about odds this is the place to come. For real if my kid brings me a math problem I stare at like its wrote in Japanese then tell her I'm too busy go ask her mom who has a masters degree that I paid for. I'm from the old school, just hire the smart guys to make you look good.

I think that statement's true 97.3% of the time and wrong 4.2% of the time.

{Sorry, I should have indicated that my target audience was not people that needed help with their 10-year-old's math. Housing costs are dependent on supply and demand, location, available schooling, size of lot and rooms, and a whole lot more factors than I could possibly simplify to a fifth-grade audience in the confines of a single post.
I AM teasing as I presume you were in your post. I know I get carried away but I do try and include enough information so that those inclined to read the details can understand what I've tried to convey. For others, I simply figured they'd skip the hard parts like many do in school.
No blood, no foul!}
No need to be sorry for being smart, consider youself an educator because I certainly do. I actually look at all the math you use and the formulas involved. My brain is wired for mostly hands on solutions, I'm sorta like a caveman. What I do for a living involves fixing things that aren't working right. They just let me out of my cage, point at the problem and say "fix boy". Now even after I get it to work they ask "what did you do", my reply is always the same "don't know, run good though, huh". But seriously I do read what you post and hope to retain at least part of what you posted because you never know when the subject might come up and I could start using all that fancy math to answer someones question. That way they could say, "ya know that guys not as dumb as I thought he was".

Since all this stuff with Fa La La La La.... La la la la about the deal and the return card I've got something I'd like to know. I know I'm in the right place because I'm yet to see a math question involving video poker go unanswered here. How often should a player see 4 cards to the flush off the deal ?
When I want to know the answer to a question like this I go to WVP. I'll use 9/6 Jacks for example:
I'll bring up 9/6 Jacks, then go to the strategy chart. Then I'll click on the "add stats" tab. Then I'll click on "appeared" and "cycle." And when I go back to the strategy chart those two functions will be right next to the strategy chart.
"Appeared" shows the number of playable combinations that make that particular hand.
"Cycle" will tell you how often you will see that particular hand.
With the four-card flush "appeared" shows 85, 512 combinations.
And "cycle" shows that you will see that particular hand every 30.4 games.
