STILL 0 for the year!A recent trip to Harrahs Joliet (and yes,Royal Flush,I agree Harrah's games stink and seem to get worse each visit) resulted in another $200.00 loss.Getting most frustrated, but sooner or later this has got to turn around, right(NOT)? Have e-mailed Harrah's to gripe about lousy paytables but always get the pat "our games are competitive with any casino in the Chicago area" answer.Maybe for $5 & above but .25 & $1 are dismal.Maybe I should just save up my gambling $ for Vegas!

A good second quarter that is still not over just got better. A good trip with lots of nice tickets got better with Ms. L's G statement on dealt Aces with multiple kickers on TDB (see related article); then she hit Aces on Super Aces 50¢.

So now that the quarter is offically order, I will update.  Still no royal although my last two trips were a little better with a very lucky 2 very rare hits on Shockware.  Quad 2's then 3 hands later JJ drew the other two.  Week later went about 1600 hands without a quad so switched to Shockwave and got 4 5's then 266 drew the other 2 sixes.

So my 2nd quarter was still horrible.  After getting a dozen or so Royals in the first quarter Zero in the 2nd  .  And found out my favorite casino got bought out.

Here's hoping the 3 quarter will be better and it all starts with a 4 day trip to vegas at the Paris!!

I had a great 2nd quarter. Hit three Royals for $12,000, all on the same machine if you can believe that! I thought they would be using the machine for spare parts after the third jackpot but it’s still operating. First and third quarters have been sad.

Second quarter ended in a roar. A major hit on each of three June trips. Ms. L hit one G statement on multi-hand dealt Aces with 7 kickers on TDB, plus big hit on triple play on the first trip and she hit a RF on the second. I hit a RF on the third trip. The rest of the summer was just survival.

September saw a dealt RF for Ms. L plus three AWAKS all on progressive 25¢. Meanwhile, I'm in the middle of a cold spell.

Ended the 2nd quarter with a total of 5 royals. Monetarily, my best 2nd quarter ever!
