A dealt royal flush pays 12,000 for 3 lines, that's correct. You only get the 240,000 if a multiplier is enabled (in which case it will be a 20x no matter what the multiplier would have been).
Diane, I know it's not any consolation, but in most other contests, hitting a dealt royal would put you among the leaders.  In this one, you also need a multiplier as Webman said, which only occurs about 13% of the time.As you might know, the odds of a dealt royal on any hand is over 600,000 to 1.  Since in this game you also need a multiplier, that increases the odds against the desired hand to over 5,000,000 to 1.It's so rare to get that dealt royal; too bad it wasn't as useful to you as it would have been in other contests.
