I dont think Ive once seen any jackpot pictures on this or any other site that was hit on a 10/7db machine.
So what does that mean, that no one has ever hit a RF on a 10/7 machine?More a testament to people's willingness to play lousy machines.[/QUOTE]
First part: No.  Second part: There's so much banter about how only the smart guys play those over 100 percent machines and the rest just dont get it. But most if not all of the jackpot pictures I see here and elsewhere are on less than 100 percent games like 9/7 db and 9/6 ddb.. So most people must not get it. I also think more than a willingness, its non-availability of good games to play.

Regarding the 9/7 DB at the Silverton, I am not the Silverton vpFREE2 monitor but I recently confirmed all the 9/7 DB listed for that casino.
MarySB, did you notice that the only single-line 9/7 DB listed is at the Sportsbook Bar? All other 9/7 DB is multiline - Multi-Strike (MS), Spin Poker (SP), 10 play, 100 play and a 3 play progressive.
Here's what's listed for 9/7 DB at the Silverton:
(2) 5¢, 10¢, 25¢  100 Play  Up  in high-limit room

(3) 25¢  1 Play MS Up  Multi Strike between slot club and Twin Creeks Restaurant ($4 coin-in per point)

(3) 25¢, 50¢, $1 SP Up  Spin Poker near Mermaid Lounge

(8) 25¢, 50¢, $1 SP Slant  Spin Poker near Johnny Rockets

(5) 25¢, 50¢, $1  SP Up  Spin Poker between slot club and Twin Creeks Restaurant

 25¢, 50¢, $1  Bar  @ Sportsbook Bar

(2) 50¢, $1, $2  SP Up  Spin Poker in high-limit room

(3) 50¢, $1, $2  MS Up  Multi Strike in high-limit room ($4 coin-in per point)

(3) 25¢, 50¢, $1, $2, $5  10 Play  Up  in high limit room

(10) 25¢  3 Play Prog Up  near Starbucks
I agree with Sleazy Rider's explanation of vpFREE2, except that I would add that casino monitors are not required to scout their casinos. And many casinos don't have a monitor, so the admin must make updates for those casinos. vpFREE2 depends a lot on users to report changes that need to be made to the site.

Confirmed all ten banks of 9/7 DB today at the Silverton as listed in vpFREE2.
As it says there, the only single-line 9/7 DB is at the Sportsbook Bar, but it's not on all the machines there. However, you can play any number of lines, even just one, on the Spin Poker or 100 plays, but not on the 3 plays, 10 plays or Multi-Strike.

I also think more than a willingness, its non-availability of good games to play.

I think this is probably right on.  A lot of people don't have casinos with decent pay tables handily available.  They have to decide whether or not the entertainment value is sufficient to justify them playing.
