By the way, you had mentioned about the # of 25-cent STP games in the new Taj smoking area as 2, there are quite a few more of them now. Besides the 2 that are on the end of the row, there are 4 more of them mixed in the middle of the multi-line row. Those 4 machines say "All Star Poker" on them, and they are like the Game Kings, only you choose your multi-hand game of your choice. They have STP, Triple-Play, 5-Play, 10-Play, White Hot Aces, Trade-Up Poker, and a few others.
I also noticed that the few game-kings on the same row as the 2 STP machines there are now some Shockwave games on them. I love that game!

Im so glad you mentionned Shockwave! I didnt play it cause 4oak only paid 125 and I didnt understand exactly what the "shockwave" was. Did you play it and did you get it???

Barb,
The Shockwave game is pretty neat. The 4oak only pays 125, but if you do get one, you go into "Shockwave Mode" for 10 hands. In those 10 hands if you hit a 4oak, you get 4000 coins. I like the game because of the higher payouts for FH's (10), flushes (7) and straights (5.)

Let me know how ya do if you play it. I hit a 4000-coin payout for a quad awhile back, and then I didn't see the game for a long time. When I did hit it, after my 1st quad, it happened about 4 hands later. I was dealt 3 sevens and snagged the 4th one. 1st and only time I hit the big payout on Shockwave. I'll tell ya this, between DDB, Joker, and Shockwave, I always last longer on Shockwave versus the others.

One other thing, I was talking to my slot supervisor friend at Showboat and he said that MultiStrike-STP should be in the AC casinos by fall! He isn't sure, but that is what he has heard. Quite a few customers have been asking about it. That game is going to be the death of me I fear.. LOL
