Re: Casino Win/Loss Control
I would think the Indian owned casinos can do more to "adjust" payouts on machines, more than Vegas or AC casinos. Again just a thought. I have never been to an Indian owned property.

The Harrah's Casino Host made me suspect that a control over who wins and who loses exists. The Host would come to my machine to talk win/loss. I would comment that I have had a losing streak, and they would assure me that my luck would change. No sooner that they would start tapping on their Ipad than I would hit a jackpot or even two in a row.
I would take them in conversation at other times and they would brag about their personal customers hitting more than one jackpot in one session.
Ameristar did a large floor construction around their machines with rewiring paths to the slot maintenance room.
There's enough circumstancial evidence, and discussion with Casino employees to bring strong suspicions.
I would like to see a State investigation.

Boy, if that were true, I would keep my hosts on a leash, and drag them around the casino with me when I am there.
Look at this from the opposite perspective. The host's job is (A) get you to play at his property (B) ensure that you have a good time and (C) get you to play MORE at his property. If the host said "You ain't got a chance of hitting anything", I think he would miss his goals.

Don't be naive people. I've seen worse from over aggressive managers.
