So what?
So, 250 credits won, with the chance at a 4000 credit RF - that's what.

I hope those who mention holding K-T can lead to quad tens also realize holding K-J can lead to quad jacks. In fact, the odds are exactly the same.

Hi Quad, if I'm playing ddb I will hold A-10, if I'm playing tdb then only the AEvery time you hold AT in DDB you're giving the casino about 0.2 coins on a 5-coin bet. But if it makes you feel good to give the casinos more than their fair share, keep on keeping on.

It's all good Quads, as I said I play for fun and the frequency I get to play for real it would take me years and I mean Years to come out even playing perfect stragedy. So for the few times I get out it's like a vacation for me .Like going to a nice restaraunt. If holding AT is the wrong move its ok with me. At least I'm not a button slapper and It's a lot cheaper than spending those green fees to shoot a 98 on my not so wonderful golf game.
And as a very wise man (to me at least) once said, "you can't get it if you don't go for it"

Sure. But if you hold K-J, then you may save your bet by pairing either card. I believe the inference was, that is not true if you hold K-T, as pairing the ten on the draw does you no good, and may be viewed as a wasted card to hold.
When playing games like DDB and TDB, I am looking for the premium payouts. Getting 250 for quad tens in either of those games is better than the 125 quad anything in JOB.

My elderly Mom used to drive me crazy by always going for the Royal. (Tossing a paying pair usually.)But she connected plenty of times during our 4 day stays in Vegas. One trip yielded her 7 Royals, including 2 of them 40 minutes apart, one at the Golden Nugget and the other after strolling over to Lady Luck holding 2 suited cards each. This was when there was only JOB, DW and BP as I recall.I recently was playing a deuces game but the ducks weren't showing up much. So on one hand I held an Ace and Ten suited and said to myself, "Why am I bothering to do this?" and you guessed it.....connected for a natural Royal. Thanks, Mom !!

[/QUOTE]But in DDB you are over twice as likely to hit a 4-of-a-kind holding K instead of KT, including possibly Aces or 2s,3s,4s. To me, this "justification" for holding KT just doesn't hold water.Just the other day I was given a 10X multiplier in STP and dealt garbage. I picked up 4 Aces on the draw on line 4. I am not going to start discarding better hands than rags just because of this random event.
