my hubby and I were there a couple weeks ago stay out of the casino and go have some fun on bourbon St!!!!

With all due respect to Bunner, I would like to point out that there are many, many great things to do and see in the New Orleans area...it is a wonderful city (parts of it, anyway) and Bourbon Street is NOT totally representative of a city that I love and consider to be one of the great cultural capitals of the world. As long as you are totally aware of your surroundings at all time, and as long as you avoid the tourist schtick, and as long as you do not go in mid-August, and as long as you avoid the hurricanes, and as long as you stay off of Bourbon Street....it's a great city!!

I just returned from a Biloxi trip, which included a one day trip over to New Orleans. I lasted about an hour @ Harrah's NO playing 9/6 TDB before I was tapped out.
 
The last several ventures to Harrah's NO have been big losers for me. I am beginning to wonder....

No - that's too rich for me. They added some additional multi-line, multi-denom machines near the Slot Contest machine area, which have 9/6 TDB on them. They also have one Extra Action machine, and some "Winning Streak" machines now. .
