Jim, you might want to fix your photos so that nobody can view your family photos. When I clicked on one of your winning hands, I just clicked the "next" arrow, and after all your winning hands, there were personal photos. Just a heads up. Gorgeous winning hands!

Jim, congratulations.   It was a good weekend in AC. I was at the AC Club Fri,Sat and Sun. Highlights. 12 sets of quads on $ SL plus one  Aces w/k, Royal (no wild)  3 Wild Royals and 2 5trees on Double Joker.
Guess it pays to call ahead.
But what was the tally for the trip as a whole??? I think that is great you had these hits, and if you only play at the $1 level (in AC) then this sort of jibes with what I am seeing and uncovering with AC treating and administering their VP as "SLOTS".....we all know SLOTs pay much better at the higher denominations (1 dollar and up) than at the lower levels (below a buck)  and I have been seeing this play out with regards VP.   The only places in AC where I see people win at normal expected levels when playing, say 25 cent VP, is at Borgata and Harrahs..... Jim, as regards you noticing Borgata replacing VP with penny slots, this has been the trend in AC for the last 18 months, in some places drastically so.   In fact, Faygo playing at the AC club, surely he notices how that place has reduced its VP machine inventory by almost 60% compared to what it was back in the beginning of 2011......when I was in the AC ckub last week (august 21) I actually did notice they had ADDEDE about 10 more VP machines to the upper level casino (the one by the boardwalk entrance), which shocked the crap out of me since this was so out of character. All the other AC casinos are revamping their game mixes and inventory and most have reduced video poker offerrings.   Caesars took out all its VP machines along the wall in the front of the casino next to the "TEMPLE VP Progressive Machines", which translates to about 12 machines gone.   Rumor has it that the Temple machines themselves, about 15 machines total, are next on the hit list......this kinda makes sense in that I almost never see more than one or two people at a time in either of those VP sections.    Tropicana has slowly been removing VP machines, but in fairness they have added a few of the Bally Gamemaker machines which do offer a few VP Games within its overall mix of various other casino NON-vp games....but I have never actually seen anyone hit a royal on these Bally Gamemaker VP games. I really really wish more AC casinos had some of the FIVE STAR VP machines that Caesar's has......Of course, Caesar's only has four (4) total of the five star machines, located by their Racebook, and as far as I know these are the only four such machines in the entire CITY!!!   This is too bad, because these machines offer the ONLY way to play many of the more fun, dynamic Video Poker games in single line format, games like Dreamcard and Good Times Pay and Quick Quads, to name a few.    If someone wants to play Dream card or Quick quads elsewhere, they are FORCED to play only the Multi-line versions of these games, which adds up to HUGE outlays even at the 25 cent level, in short periods of time....not a good way to make your bankroll last a weekend!   But any time I find myself in Caesars AC, I play a little of the five star machines selection, and unlike most other 25 cent level VP games in AC, I have held my own on the four FIVE STAR machines in Caesars AC, especially dreamcard.

I only share wins and losses with my accountant, sorry.

The Royal was on a .25 Double Joker, so was worth $2000.

I do not work for the IRS if that is your concern........ok then can you at least tell us approximatley how much TIME you spent playing over the Friday, Saturday and Sunday stay?    Just total hours and at what denominations, thats it.......this still will help me gauge what type of success you had in lieu of everything else I have observed and tested in and around AC.

To fellow VP PLAYER we need to have a Greet & Meet on the east coast.
Or a Meet & Greet !!

Jim, we tried real hard to get a casino to buy in to an AC M&G. We were rejected, as they were concerned that VP.Com, although today a non-gaming site, would conflict with the casino's plans in NJ for their own online gaming, since it has now been made legal in NJ.

The slot fanatic forum just ahd a meet and greet in AC. they chartered a boat and had a meal and drinks and then they did a high limit pull and they are doing a bar stumble today. They met up for meals in different places and people stayed wherever they could get rooms.

Boops, what is a bar stumble?   sounds dangerous!!!
But seriously, now that summer is basically over but the weather is still nice we should try for a mid-to late october meet in AC..... The most straightforward way is to just pick a 3 day period, say from Friday thru Sunday and have everyone just showup in the time and manner that suits them best.   We just agree on some rallying point, like The Toga Bar @ Caesars or the Wild West Bar @ Ballys which are both centrally located and easy to find.    If we try and structure it too much and plan specific events or meals it gets too complex, too much pressure and no one can ever agree on specifics anyway......if we just say "Everyone head for AC on such and such dates and make your own room reservations". then at the very least everyone who attends can at least approach it as just a good old weekend gambling in AC, and whatever happens extra with the gang from this site is a bonus.....so I will throw these two dates out there and everyone chime in on who can simply show up in AC on those dates. October 18 -20     or October 25 - 27 I'm game for either period and will be ready and waiting in Caesars Toga bar.
