Yes, that is a beautiful picture. It is the stuff that dreams are made of.I have played at Rising Star a good number of times, and I passed over the DDB games of Ultimate due to the pay schedule. I think it is 8/5.When I play Ultimate at that casino I think that Bonus Deluxe provides the best pay schedule.Playing 10 hands I think provides the player a small bonus over playing 3 or 5 hands, but is it worth it? When you combine the volatility of DDB with playing 10 hands, isn’t the volatility off the charts. At the 10 cents per credit level what would you recommend as a reasonable bank roll for playing 10 hands/DDB?

Jim, Rising star has about the best pay level for the area casinos but again its not great. I mostly play 10 hands nickels but every once and awhile move up to dimes when I am ahead or have extra money. This trip my bankroll was $500 but only put in a hundred and hit some good hits before this to keep me playing. I was only playing for fifteen minutes when this popped up. A month before this I saw a guy get a dealt royal on ten hands nickels, but he only had a few multipliers..Ultimate X is a feast or famine game really though

Mws813I went to Hollywood, in Indiana over the weekend. I played double STP at the 10 cent level. I played DB, usually 5 hands. I went through 500 dollars in less than two hours. This is where the “Vegas math” comes into play. I am estimating that the experts would say that my game had a payback percentage around 98.5 %. So, I will play this game or a similar game time after time. Losing each time, and if I am lucky winning once in 10 times. I am still waiting to see the 98.5% payback.Back to Rising Star. I like their dream card game. I can play for as little as 2 cents a credit. One day, I would like to be rich enough to play at the dollar denomination - 90 dollars per deal. This is the kind of thing that dreams are made of!

If if the full house/flush/straight with a max pays 45/30/25, then it's 98.3%. If it pays 40/30/20, then it's 96.87%. I point this out because the latter game is usually more common at the nickel/dime level, I'm not even sure if I have seen the first paytable on an actual Double Super Times Pay unit, and I've seen a lot of paytables since it is my favorite game. Damn sick addiction it is.
You should lose about 2/3rds of the time playing 9/6/5 DB after two hours.
