Neglected cash out voucher hope

I made a one page copy of that voucher, the addressed envelope and my kind/polite note requesting a check for my $62.50 voucher. If I do not receive that promised check in 5 weeks, I will mail a copy of my copy and see what happens. To stray the course: Three comments re picture ID.1.A friend took a two casino bus trip that included approx $20 free play bonus at each casino. She deliberately left her new driver's license at home so she would not lose it. One casino did not care or notice that her license was expired and granted her that bonus and the other refused to do so. 2.I once pulled out my expired license by mistake to show ID for $5 food comp and the alert cashier would not accept it! Fortunately, I also had my new license with me.3.A travel writer recently told an interesting story during her lecture. Someone could not find their driver's license at the airport for a domestic flight home. Finally, the clerk asked if she had a Costco card which includes one's picture. She did and it was accepted as a picture ID!
