On the surface, it looks like on-line video poker might improve the odds. Like the article says, "Small competitors would rush in and wipe out the profit margins of the big casinos". I'm not sure about that. There's a lot more to the casino experience than just gambling. If it actually meant the end of brick and mortar casinos, I wouldn't want that. I can also see the ethical argument. We all know gambling is a long term loser, but kids and soccer moms would have to learn that the hard way. I'll have to think about this. For now, I'm kind of glad I don't have it in my area while I still have a few bucks in the bank.
