Unfortunately from Florida, sub $400 pp will be tough I'd think. From St. Louis it's tough to get under $250 pp and we're a lot closer.
This is one advantage Biloxi does have over Vegas for you.
The CET junket to Laughlin is a good idea with enough play volume. My mom was a low diamond and got that offer occasionally, and I don't recall if her flight was "free". It might have been and then like $200ish for my dad to come along.

Yeah, from Florida to Vegas this time of year tends to be expensive. I looked and looked for a ticket for my buddy out of West Palm or Fort LaLauderdale - Southwest was always crazy high, like $550. Finally, he found something on United for about $350 - crappy flight times though. I bet the prices have something to do with spring break.
Check Allegiant, certainly no frills, but we booked from Chicago for $99 each way tax included. Just don't plan on bringing much luggage or choosing your own seat. They charge for everything.
