4 Vegas Royals in a Week!!!

My jaunt thru the Indiana River boats turned out pretty good! 3 boats in 3 days  for 5 Royals! If only all the trips were that good!! First was a .25 DDB single line held a AK of diamonds..Bam CALL ATTENDANT! #2,3,4 were on a 50 play.. dealt 4 to a Royal!  #5 was on a .25 10 play TDB again drawing to a AK ..plus one hand was quad aces! First trip in a long time wife and I both came back winners.Please tell us what you won...cha-ching

Well, pah let me just say I went right back to work after coming home!
 
With the bankroll I play with and the game denominations I  play, suffice to say I'll never get rich! But heck! I did have fun!!!

Yeppers! Still 12.50 every deal blows thru the old bankroll kinda quick sometimes!  When I'm feeling like a high roller I move up to dimes!!  After that you might find me on the 2 cent fifty play!

I consider myself a pretty good poker player and play on this site and only hit a royal on this site once. I was in AC last week at the Borgata and played poker for about 5 hours. I did the best on Bonus poker where I got quads a few times but never hit a royal. I was at the Barona in San Diego for four days and lost big time, never even came close to a royal. The best I did was being dealt a straight flush on Spin poker for 2000 nickels. I go to a casino on average of once a month. The best in return on my money was in the Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls. I came home with 2,000.00 but never hit a royal. Havn't hit one all year. Have only hit a RF four times when playing for money. Maybe I am not a good player.....

I had another royal last week. I hit quad aces with the kicker for $4K and a little while later I hit the royal $8K. Not a bad night.

You can't judge your ability on the occurance of royals. If you played 5000 hands once a month then you would see a royal once every 8 months on average. Of course, you could go 3 years without one and then hit them 4 trips in a row. I am down about 6 RFs this year so I understand the pain ...

Two years ago in Vegas at Fitzgeralds I hit two royals, and another at
Vegas Club all on the same trip.  One for every day I was
there.  Altogether I've hit 5 Royals-- all at the bar at
Fitzgeralds.  I love downtown Vegas

I play Reno...so far this year I've hit 8 royals all on quarter machines...average $1200 bucks a hit. Headed back this weekend to win more!

I have not hit one this year. Last year I was waiting to go home with the wife. I decided to play a bar video poker with last ten dollars. It was a quarter machine and hit a royal on first draw! So I happily collected the money and went home up for the day.
