Hands Played Not Registering

Lately I've had more problems with "games not registering,"
am I doing something wrong? Is there something I can do to correct this problem? Is it the site, or my computer?? Let me know the exact message that appears and what game you are playing.

I am having the same problem and don't understand why. Any advice would be helpful. Takes the fun out of competition if you don't get credit for your scores.
