After 26 years of marriage for the most part I have given up challenging her whenever she states something as a fact. The few times that I can recall questioning her, once I did my research I found out that she was right. BTW she thoroughly enjoys those moments where I question her and she turns out to be right.

How about Bob Stupak's Vegas World, now the Stratosphere ? And Harrahs used to be The Holiday Casino.
And, don't forget, Bally's was MGM Grand, prior to the big fire. MGM Grand lives in a new spot, now.

If you meant 'gumshoe', you are thinking of Dan Tanna (Robert Urich) in "Vegas". I was a little partial to Phyllis Davis and Judy Landers, his shapely assistants, myself. Gotta like that '57 red T-Bird, too.

Thank you, Billy. Yes, that was him. That handsome devil. Now that you shook the cobwebs for me, DUH think the name of the show was 'VEGAS". Was a fun show to watch....wasn't sure what excited me more, Dan Tana or the Vegas sites. Thanks for the edit tip, too. lol

Don't forget that Tony Curtis was Dan Tanna's occasional client too. Curtis played the casino owner that actually owned the property that Dan Tanna lived in. Remember, he had the attached garage and he would just pull the T-bird into the garage and be in the house at the same time.

I did forget, Ted. Yeah, all coming back to me now; cobwebs all cleared. Thanks. Hmmm, wonder if I can find those old episodes on Demand. Not tomorrow, football day and night.
