Re: Oops They Did It Again, sigh...
Just wondering how you track that? Photographic memory, countdown meter on the machine, some other device?
I'd like to know the same thing.
Hitting the RF was on a Super DDB machine where quads with all the kickers add up so well that a RF is icing on the cake. I did hit one of those (4K's w A kicker at $3 too)
As for the short coin RF, had I not been avoiding the smoke, I'd likely have never hit so there's a health gain I'll take too.
P.S.
No offense to smokers, it's fully expected to get 2nd hand smoke at casinos, but right in your face is plain rude.

Seriously though, many casinos could do a better job with the fan speed of their ventilation. The smoke used to be sucked up to the ceiling but i have noticed that is no longer happening. It just lingers at the floor level.

Do you know how many hands you've played? My longest royalless streak was around 200K hands a couple of times. Not really SM. We are either in Las Vegas or Kansas City twice a month. When in KC, I'm playing around 16 hours (2 days) at around 750 HPH or 12,000 hands times two for two trips a month. 24,000 hands a month. When we're in Vegas, I'm playing probably more like 10 hours each day and we are there 4 days on each trip. But, eliminating Vegas, figure 24Kx12 or 288K per year. Possibly a little less that that because some trips to KC are only one day instead of two.I'd say I'm pushing your "record" though. Oh, most of my play is either DDB or DB. But, I am beginning to find myself tempted to go for the three-card Royals <LOL>

8 or 10 hours a day oh man! How do you find so many hours! I hope I can play 2 my first time... if I do not run out of money first.

I seldom have a session last more than 2 hours before I take a break and relax at the Blackjack table or just wander around for a while. I think proper breaks are imperative to help you avoid brain farts. Usually, it's an hour on and then an hour off for me. Remember Eduardo, I'm not slipping off to the casino after work for a couple of sessions. I'm taking the entire weekend or in some cases week off so I don't have anything nagging me (like work) to interfere with whatever I elect to do.

Shadowman, I've seen you post that 200K number a few times and no one's put up a better (?) one, so we may have to declare you the winner (?) on that. I've had a couple of 180K runs over the years, but those have been the worst for me.

I also play from 8-12 hours in a day at times. But, just like Mike, I take breaks every so often. I can go 4-5 hours at once but anything more is a killer.
BTW, I know a guy who went over 400K hands without a RF. Something I hope I NEVER do.

Sounds about right if he plays Pick-Em(I'm not a fan of it).
