I remember it as the House of Lords when Del Webb owned it. The prime rib hung over the edge of the plate and the baked potato was gigantic as well. The entertainment was top of the line. Johnny Carson, Flip Wilson, Don Rickles, Jack Jones. You are talking about the same place I am right?  In the Sahara? The thing I remember most about it was on Sundays, during football season, circa 1996-1999, we'd sit around the Sahara sports book betting and watching the games, then once the late games (1pm out there, 4 pm on the east coast) started, those of us that still had action alive (straight bets or parlays) on those late games would go to the BAR in the House of Lords-Sahara and watch the games while ordering some primo cocktails and whatever special appetizer the chef concocted as we waited for our dinner reservations to arrive (usual we'd schedule dinner for 7-7:30 so the games and betting would be finito by then!!!)     All during this time the aroma of their prime rib and other meats would waft through that portion of the casino, overpowering even the ubiquitous stench of cigarettes which, in OLD places like Sahara, Riviera, Aladdin (pre 1997), and the Sands was so strong you knew you were still smelling the smoke of wise guys from the 1970s that had been absorbed into the carpet and walls!    Wow I miss that......
