There is considerable time and expense involved in developing and testing a game for the new contest format to work on desktop as well as mobile devices, which is a requirement we have for all contest games. If it were merely pressing a button, I would agree with everything you said. But at this time, it does not meet the criteria we have to develop the game for contests. If that changes, I would love to see it as well.

Criteria, shmyteria, sorry; I don't buy it....I've always been a fan of yours, Webman and believed you are true to form.  But, in this case; I believe this game had always been a "step child" and can't help but have true doubts about this explanation....

wow...all this time I just figured it wasn't allowed with sheer nature of game, fluctuating pays, thought somehow it was shunned for an actual contest

I know, I know--guess somehow viewed it differently then the endless other games that somehow multiply a winner.
